At Flanagan High School 

         Named after a mayor of Pembroke Pines in 1966, Charles W. Flanagan High School recognizes the preparation for post-secondary education and that the work place of today is ever changing. Charles W. Flanagan promotes real world essentials through its relevant, innovative curriculum. Charles W. Flanagan High School opened its doors in 1996 as the first public high school in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We are featured in the "Top 1000 High Schools in the Nation" by Newsweek, based on statistics such as Advanced Placement enrollment. We are also very proud to announce that our very own principal Mrs. Mitchell Kefford was a finalist in competing to win Broward County's Principal Of The Year Award.
